When Will My Order Ship?

Orders received before 2PM Central Time Monday through Friday usually ship the same day. Orders received after 2PM CT will usually ship the next business day. Shipping companies (UPS, FEDEX, US Mail) do not pickup on Saturday and Sunday.

What If What I Ordered Is Out Of Stock?

If an item that you order is out of stock you will be notified within 24 hours. You will be told by phone and / or email how long the product is expected to arrive. You can decide to keep the order and wait for product arrival or cancel the order. If you decide to cancel the order all money paid will be refunded immediately. There will be no cancel order fees.

Canceling An In Stock Order Before It Ships (fees charged)?

If you place an order and pay with a credit card or through PAYPAL and then cancel the order before the order can be shipped (orders usually ship within 24 hours) you will be charged a 3.2% charge back fee. There is no fee if the order is cancelled because an item is out of stock and cannot be shipped.

Returning New Equipment For Replacement If Defective?

If a new product proves to be defective within 30 days after the delivery date to you we will replace the product with another new unit. We will pay all shipping costs (both for the new product to you and your return shipping costs** for the defective product back to us). We try to keep all items in stock at all times, however, if another new unit is not available you will be told how long to expect before a replacement can be made. If a new product becomes defective after the 30 day period then you must resolve the matter through warranty repair with the manufacturer. There will be a 20% restock fee* charged for new items returned that are no longer in new condition or are missing accessories, manuals, and boxes. No items should be returned without prior authorization and a return authorization number.

Returning Used Equipment For Replacement If Defective?

Returning New And Used Equipment For Refund?

If a WORKING product must be returned within the 30 day return period for refund you must call and obtain a return authorization number before returning the product (no products can be returned after 30 days). You must pay all return shipping costs. Once the product arrives back to us you will receive a refund less a 20% restocking fee*. If a product is returned without prior authorization it will be REFUSED and returned to you. If any items are missing or not in the original condition when sent you may be charged an additional restocking fee.

Exchanging Products For Other Products?

In the event that a product just can't be used by you... we will exchange it for a product we sell of equal or greater value during the 30 day return period. You will be given a credit on the product you purchased less a 15% restock fee*. You can also elect to receive a store credit and not make an immediate exchange. The credit amount will again be the purchase price of the returned product less a 15% restock fee*. Store credits do not have to be used right away.

New Software Returns

New software CANNOT be returned for refund. If any of the discs or items are damaged in the software package you can return the entire package for exchange ONLY for an identical software package.

Advance Ordering Of New (not shipping yet) Products?

Manufacturers come out with new products every year. In some cases these new products are announced long before they actually ship. Audiosyncrazy takes advance orders on these new products. To get a position in the waiting list you must put a 20% deposit down of the final purchase price of the product. This 20% deposit is fully refundable at any time with no questions asked right up to the ship date. After the product ships the regular return policies take effect (see above). After you have placed your deposit you will be emailed a receipt and assigned a waiting list number. Customers will be shipped the new products as they arrive according to the wait list assignment.

About Guaranteed Shipping Times From Shippers

We strive to ship all orders within 24 business hours of verifiable payment (personal checks and company checks must be held for 14 days before shipment). Once we put a package in the shippers hands, however, we have NO CONTROL over the shippers delivery time. The shippers may guarantee delivery times but we do NOT guarantee the delivery time for ground or express shipments. We only guarantee getting your item shipped as soon as possible. If your package arrives later than the shippers guaranteed time you will have to take this matter up with the shipper. We do not have the man power or time to chase down shipping refunds from the shippers

Returned Packages

We ship all packages to the address given. If a package is returned to us as non-deliverable, refused, recipient not available, or any other reason we can reship the package to you but you will have to repay the shipping cost as originally charged. If the original shipping cost to you was FREE then you will have to pay the actual shipping cost back to you.

*The restocking fee will be a minimum of $20.00 and not be more than $300.00. The restocking fee is taken from the product cost only. The shipping charged to you is NON refundable. If the shipping cost to you was originally FREE then you will be charged a restocking fee for the products plus the actual shipping cost of the product to you. For example: For a $200.00 product + $15.00 shipping you will be refunded $200.00 less the restocking fee. For a $200.00 product with FREE shipping (and the actual shipping cost was $15.00) you will be refunded $200.00 less the restocking fee and less $15.00.

** We will pay your return shipping costs up to the original amount that you were charged for shipping. If the original shipping for your order was free we will inform you of the amount of shipping cost that you will be reimbursed. If the original item was shipped by express service we can only pay the normal ground return shipping cost (not express costs).

Layaways?

Yes, we have layaways. A layaway begins by putting 20% of the final purchase down as a NON REFUNDABLE deposit. The deposit applies to the original layaway item ONLY and is not transferable to another item. The balance of the layaway must be paid within 6 months of the start date of the layaway. The product(s) will ship after the layaway has been completed. We do not send out layaway payment reminders. It is up to you to complete the layaway within the 6 month period. If a layaway is not completely paid off within the 6 month period then the 20% deposit will be forfeited. Any other additional money paid will be refunded to you.
